Small pets under 20 lbs are welcome with a refundable deposit.
Is there a second-person fee?
No. Homewoods does not charge a second-person monthly fee.
What if my support needs change?
Residents may combine independent apartment living with optional services and outside in-home care support as their needs change over time.
Is there a wait list?
Yes. Homewoods maintains an active wait list, and availability can vary throughout the year. Early inquiries are encouraged.
