Every Wednesday an offsite activity is offered. Recent outings include lunch at the Oregon Culinary Institute, Fubonn Asian Market, and the OMSI Planetarium. In the spring and summer months we take longer trips. Seaside, Mt. Hood and Woodburn are popular destinations. Homewoods residents also enjoy outings to local theater and farmers markets. Most of our outings are scheduled and planned at community members’ request. We have a 25 passenger bus that we use for outings.
